This is a vintage brooch and earring set made by Marcel Boucher as part of his "Le Couturier" line. The Le Couturier line was marketed during the 1950s and was a higher quality product line.
The brooch is marked with "Le C" within an oval plaque. It features deep blue and blue aurora borealis navette rhinestones on wire extensions. The center of the brooch is set with faceted AB beads and blue round beads topped with a small rhinestone. The earrings are set to match, but the round beads do not have the rhinestone cap - they appear to be missing, but could be replaced be a jewelry repair service.
The brooch measures 2 3/8" in diameter. It is in very good condition.
Despite the small defect on the earrings, this is a very pretty set - Le Couturier pieces are hard to come by and very collectible....
