Antique Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Brush Repousse Orchid Flowers 1904 Birmingham

This is an antique sterling silver brush featuring a lovely art nouveau repouss orchid flower design. This brush is hallmarked with the lion (sterling silver guarantee), the anchor (Birmingham assay office) and the date letter of e, which stands for the year 1904. The initials are difficult to make out, but I think that they are HM for silversmith Henry Matthews. The piece is in very good condition with some dinging to one end and a bit of tarnish that can be cleaned, quite minor issues. It measures 6 by 1 5/8 with a height of 1 3/8. Lovely quality antique brush - beautiful repouss art nouveau design!
