Antique Cutwork Lace Pillow Sham Cushion Cover w Cupid & Sheep

This is a beautiful antique cutwork lace pillow sham with original pillow. The cutwork lace features a cupid figure at its centre and a shepherd with a dog and sheep across the bottom. Also incorporated into the lace are another dog near the cupid as well as trees and flowers. The lace is an ecru colour and the back is made of muslin cotton. The sham closes at the back with two mother-of-pearl buttons. The sham is edged in lace. The pillow has a satiny finish in a greenish grey colour. The pillow measures 18 in length by 13 wide, not including its lace edge, and has a thickness of 5 1/2. It is in very good condition with no noted wear, tear or breaks to the lace - there is a small stain on the back that I havent tried to remove.
This is a lovely antique pillow sham - romantic touch to a bedroom or a pretty decorative accent for the right room!
