Antique Victorian Bisque Porcelain Figurine Children in Carriage

This is an antique Victorian figurine made in the form of a boy and girl being pulled in a carriage by a young woman. The back bottom is stamped with the number 9919, a makers mark that I cannot identify, and the letters DEP, also difficult to make out, which stand for Deponiert, which means registered in German. It measures 6 in height and about 8 in width with a depth of about 3 1/2. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or pronounced wear, just a few paint traces that look out of place and a bit of yellowing to the bisque at the back, but very minor. The piece is quite detailed and well painted. I believe that this dates to the 1880s to 1890s - the lack of Made in Germany says to me that he was either made only for domestic use or pre-dates the McKinley Act of 1891 that mandated that the country of origin be stamped on imports. This is really a charming decorative piece, wonderful in the right setting.
