Vintage 1970s Nightie Hooded Peignoir Set Printed Nylon Peek a Boo Nightgown

This is a wonderful 70s era nylon nightie and peignoir set a printed floral pattern.  The peignoir has a hood and does up with six small plastic buttons and loops at the waist area.  It has a plunging neckline and wide cut sleeves that are gathered at the cuff.  The nightie also has a plunging neckline with two peek-a-boo slots further down.  The piece is secured with two ties at the back of the neck, and the back is almost totally exposed by a large oval opening.

Makers Label: APA Creations A.P. Alepin Ltd. Made in Canada.  Alepin is a Montreal based manufacturer of sleepwear and loungewear.

Color: Blue, pink, green and black against a blue background

Sizing:  Size small is indicated, but please note the following measurements for fit:

Peignoir:

Shoulders:  14” across from one shoulder seam to the other

Sleeves:  23 1/2” long from the shoulder seam

Sleeve inseam:  17”

Bust:  33” around 

Waist:  29” around

Length:  54”, measured flat

Nightie:

Bust:  32”, taken under the arm openings

Waist:  26”, fabric stretch may allow a bit larger measurement

Length:  51”, measured flat

Condition:  The set is in very good condition with no wear, tear, stains or odors - this set looks like it saw little use and was well stored over the years.
