This is a vintage 1960s lounging jacket made in China under the Golden Bee label.  It features a striking shocking pink silk that is woven with floral and bamboo leaf motifs.  It is trimmed with white silk panels that are embroidered with flowers in the Chinese/ manner.  The piece has a narrow standing collar, full cut sleeves with a mid-forearm length sleeve, and closes with four black “frog” closures.  There is a slit at either bottom side.  The robe is lined in a purply magenta pink silk fabric.

Sizing: Size L for large is indicated, but please rely on the following measurements for fit, taking into account that this should be a loose-fitting comfortable garment:

Sleeves: 25” long from the neck opening

Sleeve Inseam: 14” long

Bust: 46, taken under the arms

Waist: 44” around

Overall length: 29”, measured flat

Condition:  It is in excellent condition - looks like it saw little, if any, use.  Clean and ready to wear.s

This is a striking lounging jacket - fabulous colour and very nice quality, great to wear with black satin pyjama bottoms…..
