Vintage Murano Glass Bullicante Bowl Green Clear Controlled Bubble Hand Blown

This is a vintage controlled bubble glass bowl that was made in Murano, Italy, probably during the 1950s or 60s. The glass is made in a rich green colour within clear with bullicante (controlled air bubbles) - the bubbles are tiny and neatly arranged in rows. The underside has a hand polished pontil. It is made in a triangular form that measures 7 1/2 by 7 1/2 by 7 3/4 along the top sides with a height of 4. It is fairly substantial, weighing 3 lbs. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or wear. Lovely object, pretty colour - nice table accent!
