This is a very large silver fox fur stole, acquired from the Eaton’s Fur Salon, probably during the 1950s.  The piece is lined in black satin fabric with a pocket built onto either end in matching satin.  The fur is in a brown colour with silver white highlights.  The fur is very full and the stole looks impressive due to its size.

Sizing: 76” by 10”, including the edge hair

Condition:  It is in very good condition with no wear, tear, holes, stains or odours - the fur appears to be fresh, with no noticeable shedding.  I know that the original owner used cold storage services for her furs, so this was well cared for.

This is a lovely quality fur - very plush, with very good nappe.  Unusual large size - 1950s glamour!
