Vintage Ladies 1980s Schott NYC Perfecto Motorcycle Jacket M

This is a ladies’ vintage 1980s Schott NYC Perfecto motorcycle jacket made in a combination of blended wool and lambskin leather.  This is an uncommon model, made with a longer silhouette with a polyester and wool body and lambskin sleeves, collar and pocket trim.  The label reads “Perfecto by Schott ® Inc. N.Y.C.” - this particular label dates this Schott NYC Perfecto motorcycle jacket to 1989.  The quilted lining is embroidered with “Perfecto New York City Since 1913”.  This Schott NYC Perfecto motorcycle jacket does up the front centre with a slanted heavy duty Ideal metal zipper.  It has a vertical zippered pocket at either side and a diagonal zippered pocket at the lower right bust.  The sleeve cuffs have zippers and there is an epaulet at either shoulder.  There are snaps so that you can open the neck and snap down the collar lapels. 

Color: Black

Fabric label: Exterior is 50% wool and 50% polyester with Lambskin leather sleeves and collar.  The lining is 100% polyester and the pockets are lined in 100% cotton.

Sizing: Size M for medium is indicated on this Schott NYC Perfecto motorcycle jacket but please rely on the following measurements for fit, taking the thickness of the fabric into consideration:

Shoulders:  16 1/2” across the wool shoulders, seam-to-seam

Leather sleeves:  24” from the shoulder seam

Sleeve Inseam:  17 1/2”

Chest: 38” around, 19” pit-to-pit

Waist: 36” around

Hips:  38”

Overall length: 31“ measured flat at the back from the neck seam

Condition: This Schott NYC Perfecto motorcycle jacket is in excellent condition with no noted signs of wear.  If it was used, it was worn probably only once or twice and very well stored.
