Vintage 1960s Pantsuit Orange Wool Double Knit Jacket Pants

This is a vintage 1960s pantsuit made of a striking orange toned wool double-knit.  This vintage 1960s pantsuit consists of a jacket top with pants.  The jacket is made in a quasi-safari style, with button down shoulder epaulettes, squared collar, centre cut away two button flapped chest pockets, a six button closure and wrist length sleeves with single button barrel cuffs.  The pants have a zipper closure at the front and legs that flare to the bottom.  Both pieces are lined in orange acetate. All buttons are shield decorated brass.

Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this vintage 1960s pantsuit should fit a small size, please note the following measurements for fit, taking the style of the garment into account:

Bust: 33” around, taken under the arm openings

Waist:  30” around

Length:  27 1/2”

Condition:  This vintage 1960s pantsuit is in very good condition with no wear, tear, stains or odours - although wearable, a dry cleaning would be beneficial.  This outfit looks like it saw very little use and was very well cared for over the years.
