This is a vintage western style shirt made in solid black with red upper and white piping detailing. It has a piped curved pocket at either side of the chest, and closes with six pearlescent snaps down the front and a button at the neck - the cuffs close with three snaps.

Material: 100% acetate

Label: Caravan Mfg. Ltd. Canada’s Best Made Western Wear Calgary Alberta Made in Canada. The lack of a CA textile identification number dates this to pre-1973, but even the collar is in keeping with 1960s style.

Sizing: Size L for large is indicated, but please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Neck: 16”

Shoulders: 18” across from seam to seam

Sleeves: 25 1/2” long from shoulder seam

Sleeve inseam: 21”

Chest: 46” around, taken under the arms

Waist: 38”

Length: 29” at the front

Condition: This shirt is in excellent condition and looks like it was never worn - there’s some fray to the label, but the shirt is very clean, even the snaps are stubborn, a sign that they weren’t used.

This is a wonderful Western style shirt - nice Canadian quality, wonderful rockabilly shirt!
