This is a vintage silk ascot scarf made in Italy probably during the 1980s. There is a label affixed to the centre edge that reads “Made in Italy” and “100% Silk”. It features a horsebit pattern in green, blue, tan, yellow and outlined in black against a cherry red background. It is in very good condition with no wear, tear, staining or odour. It measures 53” in length with a width of 6 1/4” at its widest.
This is a very attractive ascot - rich looking, classic pattern!
