Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Pendant Brooch Mayan Aztec Calendar Stone 2.25

This is a mid-century necklace pendant that can also be used as a brooch, made in the likeness of the Aztec Calendar stone. It is stamped on the back with the makers initials EVB, the Eagle silver assay mark with the number 112 in its centre, 925 Sterling and Hecho en Mexico. It measures 2 1/4 in diameter and weighs 17 grams (0.6 oz). There is a loop at the top that would accommodate a chain necklace and a pin at the centre should you wish to wear it as a brooch. It is in very good condition - a further cleaning / polish is optional.
