This is a vintage canvas used to complete a needlepoint work.  It was made in Madeira, Portugal by the Superbia company, in business since 1945.  The canvas has two floral spray designs, hand made in Madeira.  The canvas measures 36” by 60” - the larger floral spray measures 13” by 13” while the smaller spray measures 7” by 10”.  The piece is in very good, unused condition.
