Vintage Leather Brimaco Cafe Racer Motorcycle Jacket XS

This is a very nice quality black leather Brimaco cafe racer motorcycle jacket made during the early 70s. This Brimaco cafe racer motorcycle jacket is a ladies model as it is tailored at the waist and is extra small.  Brimaco was the brand name of the British Manufacturing Co. of Canada (aka “British Cycle Leathers”), a firm that is still highly regarded for the quality that they produced and well known for their cafe racer jackets.  This Brimaco cafe racer motorcycle jacket has a double Acme metal zipper down the front and a snap tab closure at the neck.  It has vertical zip-up pockets at either lower side as well as at the upper right side, all with Acme metal zippers.  The shoulders are padded.  The sleeves have long zippers at the cuffs.  There is a double flap at the back shoulders.  The jacket is fully lined in filled and quilted black polyester/acrylic blended fabric.

Sizing:  The size label reads X, and although this Brimaco cafe racer motorcycle jacket should fit an extra small size, please note the following measurements for fit, taking the cut and thickness of the leather into account::

Condition:  This Brimaco cafe racer motorcycle jacket is in very clean condition with no pronounced wear - this jacket looks to have seen very, very little use and has been very well cared for and stored.

The cafe racer jacket has its origin in early 60s London, where “rockers” used their cafe racer motorcycle, a small powerful bike built for speed rather than comfort, to travel between London cafe hangouts.  This Brimaco cafe racer motorcycle jacket bestows an authentic early rocker look upon the wearer even if you don’t own a motorcycle.
