Burberry London Black Blazer Super 120 Wool Jacket Mens Sport Coat Size L Tall

This is a black blazer or men’s jacket made by Burberry London and sold in the Netherlands at the Meddens department store.  The jacket is made in a classic style with padded shoulders, two button closure, three button cuffs and medium width notched lapels.  It is lined in the signature Burberry Nova Check.  The buttons are made in gold and black with the Burberry Prorsum Knight logo in the centre.

Retailer label:  reads “Meddens" with a crown over it.  Meddens is a Dutch department store chain, originally founded in 1830.  In 1980, it was given a Royal designation, hence the crown over its name.

Sizing: I can’t interpret the label as it is in German, but it would appear to fit a size 44 tall, given the measurements - please rely on the following measurements for fit (compare measurements with a similar jacket that you presently own or to your own body measurements, taking the cut of the garment into account):

Shoulders: 20” across from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeves: 28” from the shoulder/sleeve seam, 38” long from the mid-neck seam

Sleeve inseam: 19 3/4”

Chest:  46” around, taken under the arms

Waist:  44” around

Overall length:  34”, measured flat

Condition:  It is in very clean condition with no pronounced wear, tear, staining or odour - the jacket, however, would benefit from a pressing at a dry cleaner.
