This is a vintage black lace blouse that most likely dates to the 1950s. It is made of machine made Chantilly lace, aka Raschel lace.  It has cap sleeves, a jewel (rounded) neckline and a notch opening at the top back that closes with a single black faceted glass button and loop.  There is a tuck line near the bottom.  It has no labels.

Sizing:  As this vintage black lace blouse should fit loosely, I think that it is meant for a medium size.  The measurements appear large, but, as mentioned, this should fit loosely and would be tucked into the waistband of a skirt - note the following measurements: 

Shoulders: 17” across, including its cap sleeves 

Bust: 40" 

Waist: 39" 

Length: 18" to the tuck line, 24” overall

Condition: This vintage black lace blouse is in very good condition - there are a couple of breaks to the netting at the top right front (see last close-up photo), very minor.  Otherwise, no other wear, tear, staining, soiling or odour. 

This is a lovely vintage black lace blouse, very much of the period - gorgeous!
