This is a 1970s vintage disco shirt featuring a geometric print consisting of vertical bars or wedges in colours of grey, light grey, pink, black, tan brown, brown and white. This vintage disco shirt has an eight button closure, wide pointy collar, double button cuffs and a chest pocket. The fabric is 100% polyester, has some stretch and is slightly sheer. It was made in Canada by I. Miller under their “Gold Label” brand name. The size label reads S for small, but please note the following measurements for fit, taking the fitted style of the shirt into consideration:
Neck: 14 1/2”
Shoulders: 15” across from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam
Sleeves: 25” from the shoulder/sleeve seam
Sleeve inseam: 21”
Chest: 38” around, taken under the arms (19” pit-to-pit)
Waist: 31” around
Overall length: 29”, measured flat at the back
Condition: This vintage disco shirt is in very good condition with no wear, tear, soiling, staining or odour - this looks like it saw very little use.
