Vintage NWT 1980s Bill Tice Hostess Dress Lounging Gown Sz L

This is an unused, new with tag, 1980s Bill Tice hostess dress or lounging gown.  This 1980s Bill Tice hostess dress simply goes over the head and there are no closures.  It has a sleeved diagonally cut shawl-like piece that covers the shoulders.   The rest of the dress is black and has a 26” slit at the left side.  It is made in a full length and is unlined.
