Antique Mens Suit Authentic 1910s 20s Black Wool Size S M

This is an authentic 1910s 20s era antique mens suit consisting of a jacket and a pair of pants, made of a black wool - it feels to me like there may be a bit of mohair in the wool blend.  The jacket to this antique mens suit has slightly padded shoulders, high set narrow notched lapels, a two button front, two button cuffs and has  13” vent at the bottom back.  There is a pocket at the chest and a flapped pocket at either side.  It is fully lined in a greenish black twill fabric.   The pants to this antique mens suit have a flat front and is form fitting with a slim tapered leg.  It has a button-up fly and there are buttons to accommodate a pair of suspenders.

Sizing: No size is indicated, but I think that this antique mens suit should fit about a mens size small to medium, about a US size 36/38, please rely on the following measurements (note the narrow shoulders):

Jacket:

Shoulders: 16” across from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeves: 25 1/2” from the shoulder/sleeve seam - there is an extra 2” inside the cuff

Sleeve inseam: 18”

Chest:  41” around

Waist:  38” around, buttoned

Overall length:  30 1/2”

Pants:

Waist:  36”

Leg inseam:  32”

Length:  43”

Condition: This antique mens suit is in very good condition with only two small issues - a tiny tear by the right pocket flap on the jacket and some staining to the sleeve lining (see last close-up photos).  Otherwise no other stains, odour, pronounced wear or tear.  Given its age, this has been very well preserved.
