This is a Dept 56 Snowbaby figurine called “Baby’s Blankie”, number 801692.  It was issued in 2008 and retired in 2009.  It measures 3 3/4” by 2 7/8” and has a height of 4”.  It is in very good condition - there’s a red “blob” on the underside that I haven’t tried to clean off, but I’m sure that this would clean off easily.  Very cute collectible Dept 56 Snowbaby figurine….
